📶 Wireless Setup Guide
Follow these general steps to connect a compatible Canon printer to your wireless network.
Step 1: Turn on the printer.
Step 2: Open the Wireless or Network menu.
Step 3: Select Wireless LAN Setup.
Step 4: Choose your Wi-Fi network.
Step 5: Enter the Wi-Fi password.
Step 6: Wait for the connection confirmation.
Step 7: Install printer software if required.
Step 8: Print a test page to verify the connection.
🖨️ Printer Offline
If your printer appears offline, verify that it
is powered on, connected to the same network as
your device, and selected as the default printer.
Restart the printer and computer if needed, then
send a small test print to confirm communication.

Poor print quality may be caused by low ink,
incorrect paper, or maintenance that has not
been performed recently.
Run the printer’s maintenance tools, check
supplies, and use recommended paper for the
best results.
